Stuti Singh
Founder, Speaker and Trainer
Stuti holds an Honours degree in Psychology and an MBA in International Business and is also trained in Intuitive Mastery. She grew up in India, the USA, and Germany, and moved to the UK in 2003 to pursue her MBA, and subsequently made this her home. Over the past 20 years, she has held various leadership positions at several blue-chip organizations, managing diverse teams, working with C-level stakeholders, and consulting on various global and regional projects.
She has worked with leaders, students, and change-makers at global multinationals, small enterprises, and not-for-profit organizations. She enjoys coaching leaders with varied backgrounds and has delivered talks, training programs, and workshops around the world.
Rares Man
Brand, Events and Digital Manager
Rares joined the A Life Without Fear team as its first new member in 2020. In the newly expanded team, he wears multiple hats: from developing the brand to conceptualising and managing our events to managing all marketing communications and digital channels. He is a gen Z digital native, holding a BSc degree in Fashion Marketing from the University of Marketing and specialising in brand strategy, communications, content and public relations.
Prior to joining the A Life Without Fear team, Rares has gained a vast professional experience in the not-for-profit, technology, retail and hospitality industries in Romania, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Russia, India and Canada in both technical and leadership positions.
